Requirements:

• A proof of being single, (or divorce /widow) is obtained from your local authorities. Have it notorised with “Apostille”stamp from the Public Notary or your respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once notorised with Apostille Stamp, the document is ready to be used in Rwanda. You no longer need to have it certified by the Embassy or The ministry of Foreign Affairs once you arrive in Rwanda.
